HOW WE COOK

Try an original kitchen that combines traditional elements with elements that are deeply rooted in its environment. Vicenc Fajardo’s dishes combine the essence of the Mediterranean kitchen with his personal touch.

For the preparation of these dishes, Vicenc always selects the best local ingredients for every season, of the highest quality and from the proximity of La Placa.

The dishes at La Plaça have to be ‘lived’; make sure to have plenty of time so that you can enjoy your meal in tranquillity and accompanied by a nice wine from the fantastic wine list that Mónica has put together for you.

When the weather is good, you can enjoy a romantic evening outdoors on our beautiful terrace in the shade of the wisteria.

WINTER

This winter try some of our special dishes prepared with truffles.

SPRING

Do you know borage? This plant can be found in abundance in our fields in spring time and we make a delicious cream-soup from it.

SUMMER

Our zucchini cannelloni with goat cheese, tomatoes, aubergine and nuts is already a real summer classic. Have you tried it yet?

AUTUMN

What would autumn be without mushrooms? Have you tried our ‘carne de perol’ with mushrooms? Or shrimps with wild mushrooms?
